After graduating from the University of Tasmania, Ursula taught in the State and Catholic systems before moving overseas to work as an English Immersion teacher at Eton House International School in Singapore. Upon her return to Tasmania, Ursula taught at her alma mater, Collegiate.
Ursula has over two decades of teaching experience where she has worked with children from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 in a variety of school settings. Ursula began teaching at Fahan in 2010 and immensely enjoys the collaborative nature of the position.

Ursula and her husband James have two children, Jack and Alice.
