Yesterday, the prestigious Gerdy Jevtic Medal for 2023 was presented to Fahan Alumna, Denita Wawn, Class of 1987, Chief Executive Officer of Master Builders Australia, the first female CEO in its 130-year-old history. As recipient of the Gerdy Jevtic Medal, Denita delivered the annual Travers Morphett Lecture and shared her leadership journey and experiences to our students from Years 9-12, current parents, past staff and Alumni.
Later in the program, the Pride of Fahan Alumni Award was presented by Fahan School Alumni Association Co-President, Fiona Pringle-Jones, to Year 12 student, Grace Hooper.
